1 General Terms & Conditions

Rcasino (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "rcasino") is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between rcasino and its users.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Rcasino reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the website before they take effect. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

A valid account is required to bet or play on rcasino. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Information required for registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Current Address

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification:

To ensure security and prevent fraud, rcasino may request KYC verification at any time. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method used

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. The verification process may take up to 72 hours.

3 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in any gaming activity on rcasino. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from using our platform.

• Providing a false date of birth during registration will result in permanent account closure.
• Your balance and any winnings may be forfeited.
• Facilitating gambling by a minor is a criminal offence.
• We may request documentation for age verification at any time.

Additionally, residents of countries or regions where online gaming is entirely prohibited are not permitted to use rcasino. rcasino reserves the right to restrict its services to users from certain countries.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Rules:

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• There is a limit on the number of withdrawal requests you can submit within a given timeframe.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms and Conditions

Rcasino offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days.
• Bonuses cannot be shared or transferred to another person.

Reason for Bonus Cancellation:

• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Violation of terms and conditions or fraudulent activity.
• Creating accounts solely to claim bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Failing to meet the wagering requirements within the specified timeframe.

6 Betting Rules

Rcasino offers both Sports Betting and casino gaming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

General Betting Rules:

• You cannot place a bet that exceeds your available balance.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be deemed void.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, settlement will be handled in accordance with rcasino's own rules.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network latency.
• Rcasino reserves the right to void bets placed on matches suspected of being fixed.

Winnings Payout:

Winnings are credited to your account automatically after a bet is settled. However, large wins above a certain threshold may require additional time for verification. rcasino reserves the right to reclaim any funds paid out as a result of an error or fraudulent activity.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rcasino. Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized software.
• Collusion: Multiple accounts colluding with each other to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to guarantee a profit.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software to bet or play.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your account.
• Hacking or System Attacks: Attempting unauthorized access to rcasino's servers or software.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Rcasino reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Common Reasons for Account Closure:

• A serious breach of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure or rejection during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before account closure, unless the account is being closed due to a terms violation. Inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee of ৳50 BDT per month.

9 Limitation of Liability

Rcasino strives to deliver the highest quality of service, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or internet disruptions.
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Damage caused by malware or viruses on your device.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Not receiving the expected returns from betting.

Rcasino's total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the preceding 30 days.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

2. Step 2: The support team will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within 72 hours.
3. Step 3: Unresolved issues will be escalated to senior management.
4. Step Four: If needed, disputes may be escalated to an international gaming arbitration body for resolution.

In the event of a dispute, rcasino's decision shall be considered final unless overruled by an international gaming authority.

11 Responsible Gaming Policy

Rcasino takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. To support this, we offer the following tools:
